Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, your payment was not taken without resolution, and the order was not cancelled arbitrarily. In this case, our system flagged the payment for verification, and we requested basic documents to confirm that the payment method used belonged to the purchaser. This step is part of our fraud-prevention process and helps protect both customers and our platform. As the requested verification could not be completed, the order was not processed and a full refund was issued to the original payment method. We understand verification can sometimes feel inconvenient, but it is only requested in certain cases where additional confirmation is needed for security reasons. If you would like, you can contact our support team again and we will be happy to review the case further. Best regards, Team GoSkins
