I loved working with Bryan. He kept me updated. He fought for me to be approved with more money than he initially thought. He was there every time I called him.

very sketchy... after being bounced around from multiple people prior to meeting, with different company names, sitting for 5 minutes in a zoom call waiting room, really unprofessional even if they may have been able to supply my business with the needed funds. since there was no one there and all the bounding around before i'm pretty sure they would be unable or unlikely to provide me with the capital required.

Ian, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience. After reviewing what occurred, we confirmed that our office experienced an unexpected power outage at the time of your scheduled Zoom meeting. Unfortunately, this caused an unplanned disruption to our internet & wifi that delayed our ability to join your appointment. While the circumstances were beyond our control, we understand that from your perspective it appeared unprofessional, and for that we are truly sorry. Pattie immediately tried to reach you from her mobile phone, we understand you being upset at that time. Regarding the different company names you encountered, QualiFi works with a network of marketing and referral partners who help connect business owners with financing solutions. We understand how that can sometimes be confusing, and your feedback highlights an opportunity for us to communicate that process more clearly. At QualiFi, we pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and providing an exceptional client experience. Missing a scheduled meeting, regardless of the reason is not representative of the standard we hold ourselves to. If you're still seeking financing, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally and ensure you receive the experience you should have had from the beginning. Please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to improve. Thank you! The QualiFi Team
