I ordered two different pairs. One came out a little dark but the second looked like a black blob the shape of a dog’s head. You’re supposed to receive a rendering before they make it but I never received anything to approve.

The blanket is amazingly soft. Very nice. The socks are terrible. The material is not comfortable, rough, and fits weird. The socks bunch up at the ankle.

Ordered a pair of socks at the end of November for my niece who was visiting on Christmas Eve and they did not arrive in time now I have to mail them to her. The picture chosen is of her dog who she most likely will be losing because of a terminal illness so it was to be a very special gift I wanted to share with her. Pupsocks should not solicit so heavily if they cannot fulfill orders. They email me coupon codes daily yet can’t get product out. Buyer beware don’t order if you need by a particular date and the reviews about customer service? Absolutely correct as they never responded to my inquiries and their tracking number never produced any information.

While the socks themselves look nice, they aren’t comfortable to wear. They don’t fit the contour of a foot well. We had a couple of people try them on and everyone had the same problem. Unfortunate, since we love our dog and we’re looking forward to sporting her face on our socks.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and received them several weeks ago. One pair was fine, recipient loves them. The other pair was not what I ordered. Someone else’s photo. I emailed 3 times over 3 weeks. Finally received a generic reply saying I would hear back from someone in 3 days. That was a week ago. Very disappointed in their customer service lack of response. Held off writing a bad review to give them a chance. So beware.

The photo is very dark and you can’t make out the features of the dog. I kind of thought we would get a preview before the order was printed. Someone had to see it was not good quality and should have reached out. I’m giving them as a gift anyway, but I will not be ordering again. Disappointed.
