Thank you for your purchase. Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature. We apologize for the stuttered communication 🙁 We've been working everyday to improve our Customer Service efforts so that experiences like this are far and few between. Also, we're sorry that you weren't impressed by the physical quality of your socks! Were you able to wash them? Your socks seem thin upon first impression due to a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing them. However, a good rinse cycle should take care of that in no time!

Thank you for your feedback, Amy! We're so incredibly sorry that you were less than impressed with the initial physical quality of your socks 😰 Have you all been able to wash them since opening? When the socks are produced, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your image does not stretch, so you can have some wiggle room! This will affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed (preferably inside out) and worn by the pet lovers in your life they bounce right back into shape!

I'm sorry to hear that you were not impressed with the material of your daughter's socks 😓 Have you all been able to wash them at all? If not, I would suggest giving them a good rinse and dry! Once your socks have been washed, they will bounce right back into shape 🤞🏾
