The picture of my animals came out cute. That is the only thing I liked. I would've preferred a better material used for the socks. They don't stay up and are uncomfortable.

I had a few questions prior to placing my order. None of them were answered, however I was eventually able to find the information I needed on the website. I also needed the delivery address changed prior to the order's completion, but despite the change being applied (and even appearing on the "order shipped" email I received), the order was not delivered to the revised address.

Doesn't work on person with long hair. I ordered one sock with a dog and one with a person. The dog one turned out cute but the person one looks strange because she has long hair. It might look better with someone with short hair. Also, order arrived late.

The Socks are great, however the company did not follow the special instructions for the socks I ordered. They were also late. Ad said they would arrive before Christmas. The Socks arrived on the 29th of Dec. 2021. other wise I would given a higher star rating.

Never gave option of a gift or to let recipient know who sent it .Also never noticed of delivery. It was delivered not tracking never showed it delivered.

Super cute and the look adorable but the texture is really weird and they made my feet sweat

Great design - they were even able to include the bowtie my brother-in-laws dog wears! Only thing I didn’t like was the material of the socks; it is a lot like the material of a tie and not soft like you would expect a sock to be. Excited to give these as a gift to my BIL all the same.

The image applied on the socks is too dark. For being individually created, they could have done a better job to ensure the image was clear.
