When order was placed website advertised before Christmas delivery. They showed up 2 days late. The photo to creation of socks was prefect. The socks just don’t stay up. They scrunch down around the ankles

Ordered 4 pairs, 3 with different pets. All turned GREAT. Didn’t pay attention to shipping addresses though. Supposed to go to different places, but shipped to one place. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The pattern was so great, they listened to my request and the picture looks great! The socks themselves are weird and weird fitting and I doubt my husband will actually be able to wear them. But they're really cute.

The socks were a great gift! So cute and the picture turned out exactly as expected. The shape of the socks are a little unusual, not quite as customized to the shape of your foot and the material is different, probably because it’s meant to be printed on. But overall I’m very happy with my PupSocks order!

So...I rated the overall experience with 4 stars. It would have been 5, had it not been for the absolutely atrocious shipping time. Pupsocks did an awesome job of printing, and the communication was great, right up to the point they sent it to UPS. I ordered a pair of socks, for a stocking stuffer, on 12/11, and it was finished and sent to UPS on the 14th. Great, right? UPS took a week to decide to send it to USPS for delivery. Then USPS sent it back to UPS to get it across the country, and UPS transferred it BACK to USPS for delivery. USPS finally delivered my Christmas stocking stuffer on the afternoon of 12/30, to our mailbox! Seems like it might have gotten here in time for Christmas, if only Pupsocks had dropped it in a mailbox to begin with. The final product was excellent, but the shipping "service" provided by UPS and USPS was not. Granted, this was during a holiday period, but 16 days to get from Georgia to Idaho seems just a tad excessive.

The puppy socks went over big with the two people I gave them to. I'd buy them again.

Socks were cute, but the fit isodd. Calf portion is narrow and foot portion, toe to heel was long .

Came out great. The brightness on one of the faces could have been adjusted, but otherwise very satisfied. I definitely recommend. My girlfriends favorite gift this Christmas.
