I ordered 3 pair with different images on each. Two of them were correct but one was a duplicate of one of the other two and not correct. I contacted pupsocks a week ago and have not heard back.

Much slower than anticipated turn-around time (many reviews said they received their order in a few days, my order was not shipped until 3 weeks after I placed my order). Quality is alright, not great. Sock material is not what I expected, seems very cheap. Cute personalized item, not worth the price however.

Not sure who to point fingers at here. I ordered my socks on 12/9/2021, got confirmation that the socks were shipped. Still have not got my socks yet. today is 1/5/2022. UPS says they are delivered each day but no socks. Little dissapointed as they were a christmas present for my wife. jasoncpearce@yahoo

The image came out really dark and you could barely make out our dog's face. The photo I sent of my dog was not dark and was taking in daylight outside so I don't know what happened. I was disappointed to say the least.

I haven't received my order yet from Dec 5. I emailed 3 times and no response. Can someone get in touch with me?

Order was placed 3 weeks ago and has not come in yet but I received an email requesting that I leave a review. I am understanding of the delays due to the supply chain and Covid-19 but I wish they had given realistic and current shipping timelines upfront. I also wish they would have confirmed I received the product before asking me to leave a review. Presently my order has not tracking information. It just says that a shipping number was requested.

Did not receive order in time stated on website. Emailed several times to request an update with no response by company. Product was good, but didn’t arrive when promised. More bothered by their lack of response to my requests for updates. Wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Very disappointed with my socks. The material is very strange and itchy and not like any sock I've ever seen. The fit is strange, too large around the ankle and too tight around the leg. Very very uncomfortable. The only positive was that the printing was nice and bright. But the material and the shape make it unwearable
