They're really cute novelty socks! The pictures are really clear.

The picture came out crystal clear. The socks themselves are kind of thin, but I think that's probably because they need to go through printers. If you are expecting the thickness and quality of normal socks you buy at the store, just beware that is not what you are ordering. They do fit however, and make an excellent gift. They take a few weeks to arrive, but you are ordering custom-made socks so I think that is fair.

The socks look AMAZING!! The background is cute, and the animal pictures look exactly right! The only part of the socks that threw me off was that the material is different. They are more slippery than soft. Really great work by those who create them!

The socks turned out beautifully. I ordered as a gift for my husband. He loved the image of our dog! The material is not what I expected - more silky rather than cotton- and the elastic at the top seems to be lacking. Otherwise, they are lovely!

Great reproduction of the image we sent of Daphne. The socks look good, but the fit seemed a little tight. If you're borderline on the size chart, go big.

My experience with Pup Socks has actually been terrible but they automatically filter out reviews of less than 4 stars on their website so I have to rate them highly. The customer service phone number that is being listed in these reviews is A SCAM. DO NOT CALL!!!! They will ask you to download a program onto your computer to "process the refund". When I questioned the legitimacy of this, the person hung up. With regard to Pup Socks, I placed an order for socks in November as a Christmas gift. They arrived 3 days before Christmas and were completely unwearable. The sock part is too big and the leg part is too narrow and there is zero elasticity to the sock. I've emailed three times to try to resolve this with no response and there is no phone number to reach a person. I've resorted to filing a claim with the BBB to try to resolve this.
