Google play books doesn't refund, even so a 5-year old kid bought a game and a book. I lost 12 EUR for simply non-sense. All my efforts to get my money back was denied without telling me the reason. Only standardized answers.

I can't use the gift card. I sent the documents to customer service as requested. Answer: They can't help me. THIEVES. I want my money back. Never again.
