Totally fraudulent company …. Never delivered the item and then sent me a tracking confirmation that was in someone else’s name …. Customer service won’t answer they will just keep answering that it was delivered and need to deal with Royal Mail …. Which is impossible if you have someone else’s details! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these people!!!!

Ordered duck toy for my grandchild for Xmas..was overcharged! Contacted paypal & they discovered that the company charging an extra 5 + sterling hidden tax charge...Also their conversion rate sterling to euros is way off.. BEWARE!!

Never received my parcel. Paid £14.98 for a best friend bracelet ordered it in August. Email them about this, they said because I did not receive the bracelet they would refund me £5.55p. But they would take the shipping cost and bracelet out of the refund. I have said to goodtome they should claim the money from the shipping people not the customer. I would never buy anything from this company again.

Was about to order winter jacket on facebook, when it came to paying they doubled the price, got out before cc details

I never received my parcel,so unhelpful and kept saying it had been delivered so was my problem to find out what happened to it, useless, will never order anything again, waste of money and time

Items received but not suitable. I requested a full refund of £27.98 and they offered me £3. I disputed this and they came back with £5. I've since noticed they've actually taken £33.58 from my account without my permission. This is a scam from a bunch of thieves, taking just slightly more than the price of your order in the hope that you won't notice. They never intend to refund anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Electric Duck slide track toy. Got suckered by a promotional video. The toy looks much larger and far more robust than in reality. You can buy it elsewhere for a more realistic £6/7 - I paid £14 plus pp from China! It is an awful, tiny, flimsy toy with minute ducks. The advert photos/videos certainly enhance the size (enlarge the image/superimpose children). It is really rubbish. More fool me but stay clear of very poor quality Chinese ( Woohan) imports. It’s in the bin! Live and learn.

Avoid this company at all costs! Bought a dress, it arrived but flimsy and made of rubbish material. Also on reviewing my bank account, they had charged me more than the price I had purchased the dress at. Charged me £28! I emailed them to return the item, told me that I could have £3 as compensation. When I disagreed they told me it would cost me too much to post back and offered £5 refund and told me to give the dress to someone else or sell it! Absolute con, avoid! Would have given 0 stars if there was the option.
