Hate that you changed price as I needed…
Hate that you changed price as I needed to go up on my dosage. I’ll have to get my meds elsewhere soon as this dose is no longer helping me

Group plan seems wrong
I fill out a form and every time I anticipate paying 250 for my prescription and every time they give a question and I end up paying nearly 500 it seems I have the wrong prescription plan for savings.

My prescription
My prescription, which requires refrigeration, was delayed in shipping. When it arrived, both ice packs were warm. I have requested that this issue be looked into and would like a confirmation whether this delay and temperature may have affected the safety or effectiveness of my medication.
