I was having difficulty with the app being accepted at my pharmacy so I called customer service. The rep was amazing he stayed on the phone with me as I waited in line "again" and worked with the Pharmacist who was having a problem inputting the info into her system. He was so patient and would not hang up until the pharmacist confirmed the price! It doesn't get any better than that!

By using Goodrx gold, I have saved $16 so far & that is only two prescriptions

I had a question concerning my Gold Rx membership status and contacted customer service. The Representative was very efficient and pleasant and the whole contact lasted less than five minutes! I used my card today to assist purchasing three prescriptions and saved money on all three! BUT, if I had checked the website before making the purchase I COULD have saved even more if I went to a different pharmacy. Next time I’ll check locations first! Today’s purchase savings paid for my monthly subscription for almost a year! I love Gold Rx!

My pay check hadn't hit my bank account yet. So my payment didn't go through. I called and the lady got it fixed right then while I was on the phone with her. She was very nice and friendly. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They have saved me alot of unnecessary money to the get my medication. It's so crazy how much they over charge you for something you have to have. Some people need those medications to live everyday. Thank you Good RX!!! You are saving lives without even realizing it!!!

I have experienced that even though Most Pharmacies claim that they accept Good Rx for all medications, that is Not the case. I was crushed by a Locomotive over 20 years ago and have permanent Nerve damage that REQUIRES pain medication. Most Pharmacies INCLUDING FRY'S FOOD and DRUG- WALGREENS- SAFEWAY AND EVEN WALMART NO LONGER ACCEPT GOOD RX FOR PAIN MEDICATIONS. THERE MUST BE POLITICAL INFLUENCE BEHIND THIS INJUSTICE. WE ARE TOLD TO MOVE TOWARD TIME RELEASED PAIN MEDICATIONS FROM OUR DOCTORS BECAUSE OF POLITICAL PRESSURE FROM GOVERNMENT BUT WHY THEN ARE MOST PHARMACIES FAILING TO EVEN CARRY GENERICS AND DECLINING THE GOOD RX CARD??? GOOD RX'S EMPLOYEE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO FIND ME A PHARMACY IN TUCSON AZ, THAT ACTUALLY TAKES THE GOOD RX CARD AND CARRIES GENERIC PAIN KILLERS. THANKYOU GOOD RX FOR HAVING A HEART AND SOUL FOR THOSE OF US THAT OTHERWISE DON'T HAVE A CHOICE TO LIVE A LIFE WITH ALMOST NO ACTIVITY OR ONE THAT ALLOWS US THAT ARE CRIPPLED BECAUSE OF PAIN -TO ACCOMPLISH DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES AND TO ACTUALLY GET BACK INTO THE WORKFORCE. There was some confusion on my pharmacy’s part in the transferring of my scrip from one to another & it was taking much longer than it should have. Upon double checking with Good RX, they were kind enough to re-send the order to assure there would be no further delay and, as an added bonus, credited me with two months of free Gold RX on my account!!! (P.S. My script was ready & waiting @ the new pharmacy within 30 minutes!)
