The young lady I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful I would suggest that anyone that has any issues, or the elderly to definitely use good RX they are wonderful.

You seem to have very good people working for you. Both Caroline (cust serv), and Celine (p/w help) did over and above performance.

The very first time I tried to use goodrx I was charged twice what the app showed I should have paid. Apparently the coupon vendor was "down." What does that mean? It means they lie on the app.
