Product arrived in a timely manner and worked as promised. I am very happy with the results.

I have paid monthly for the service; however, due to my pharmacy, I have gone weeks without the product. Even when I expressed that it takes about 2-3 weeks to get the product, they keep saying, comeback at a later time. Well, then you bill be at a later time.

My GoodRX experience has been great, however my experience with Lilly direct has not been as great. They do not properly label their shipments as needing refrigeration and their shipment company, UPS, failed to deliver the medicine to my house. Instead, they delivered it to a drop off location who left the medicine in a HOT warehouse because they did not know it needed refrigeration. I have since to pick up my medication at my local pharmacy instead
