Seem less discounts on medications
Seem less discounts on medications. I left for an extended vacation and they were easy to work with to purchase more then a months worth of medication at the discount.

Home delivery is not impressive
I have usually had a good experience with GoodRx. But the home delivery for my glp1 is less than stellar. My delivery got lost by UPS and I called GoodRx to get a replacement. They told me that I needed to file a claim with UPS and share the response back to GoodRx before they can send the replacement. I would expect the provider to handle this for me.

Great company and easy to work with…
Great company and easy to work with app. My only complaint is that the medication cost went up two months in and I wasn’t aware of this until it happened.
