Definitely recommend ! Daryl was absolutely amazing! We just came in for my husband and it just so happened, that my feet were pretty much aching at the time too. I’ve had inserts from a podiatrist years ago and I loved them. I was fitted today and they instantly took the pain away. So glad we we decided to come in. We are now part of The Good Feet Store family for life.

ELDER BEWARE/DECEPTIVE TACTICS. On September 23, 2026, Ms. (83) visited the store at 7804 Abercorn st, Savannah, Ga, only to purchase a comfortable pair of shoes due to arthritis and difficulty bending. Instead, she was aggressively upsold into purchasing arch supports, cushions, sleeves, accessories, and Brooks shoes totaling $2,798.05. No return policy was disclosed before payment. The only policy was hidden behind a QR code and website link printed on the receipt. Ms. (83) has a smartphone but does not know how to scan QR codes or navigate websites, leaving her unable to access the policy. Ms. (83) attempted to return the items in person on September 24 and again on September 25, both well within 48 hours of purchase. I personally accompanied my elderly friend on September 25, 2026, to ensure the matter was properly addressed. Despite our prompt efforts, the staff remained firm that the store would only refund the $175 Brooks tennis shoes and refused to refund the primary arch‑support products. Staff insisted that Ms. (83) complete a “60‑day adjustment process”—a requirement never disclosed prior to payment—and further instructed her to bring in her personal shoes so the insoles could be “fitted” into them. I have file complaints with AG, BBB, FTC, media platforms, etc

Hi Henrietta, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback; we take your concerns seriously and will pass this up to management. Thank you for giving us the chance to improve.
I made an appointment for 2 pm, walked in and was instantly greeted and assisted by Guy Vindigni. Guy asked where my pain was centered, at the time it was plantar fasciitis in my left foot. He did a computer evaluation of my feet walk on a pad that showed how my feet hit the ground, with this info he was able to bring out inserts, some worked some he had to find another that did work. It’s a 3 step system, that has different inserts one for strength, one for maintenance one for relaxation. I was thrilled to know I could use my own shoes (Hokas). I would highly recommend Guy, for his concern and knowledge of the product. I did buy the system and hoping to go hiking next Saturday!

It was a great experience. Tyler Cooks listened to my foot problems, explained the mechanics of arch supports, and then provided solutions. I am looking forward to a future with less pain and more activity. I am a happy camper! I highly recommend The Good Feet Store.

I came in looking for insoles for my shoes because my feet and knees hurt from working out. Ana asked a bunch of questions and took my measurements, then showed me how much of a difference having arch support makes. I ended up purchasing some supports because they feel great. I’m looking forward to trying them at the gym
