Annette was very good at explaining the 4 arches of my foot. I only thought I had one. She took the time to explain what each arch support does for your foot. She put each one in a pair of shoes so I could see how they made my feet feel.

Jacob and Kiera the ultimate sibling duo took care of me. Rather than try and up sell every single thing. They took my requests and it was a good Sunday afternoon.

No customer service…..told have to meet with original sales person. Nothing listed on the return policy says you have to only deal with the original sales person. That person is off today …..this is ridiculous.
