Maybe give a estimated time frame when the back ground check would be completed.

The process went smoothly and I experienced no difficulties. However, with all the spam emails I get trying to retrieve personal information, it would be helpful if the communications contained the name of the company they are for in the subject so they don't blend in with scammers.

The system was easy to use, but I did not hear back from the customer service staff in a timely manner.

Great and Efficient Experience! Had everything done and ready to go in order to start a new job within 3 days.
