Hello Maryann, We apologize for the confusion but your order has not been cancelled. We will be shipping out your order tomorrow via USPS First Class as soon as we receive it. We found out from our distributor today that the shipment was delayed due to restocking. This was an unforeseen delay and we are sorry for any inconvenience. We appreciate your business and hope you will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Hello Ivan, When packages are shipped internationally they have to go through customs. Your package is at the sorting facility in Chile. After we send a package and it is recieved in another country it is out of our hands as to how quickly your country gets it to you. It was sent on November 30th USPS first class mail and was recieved at Chiles sorting facility on December 7th. A tracking number was emailed to you when it was shipped. We always provide a tracking number with our orders so our customers can follow them. I hope this answers your question and we can continue to provide you with high quality glasses at great prices. If you have any other questions please contact us at [email protected].
