Due to a slow sales month I contacted Nexi for a refund reconciliation. Ran into a communication snag initially with collections dept, but after reaching out for further assistance, I was immediately contacted by Jacklyn’s R (Sr. Solutions Consultant)- she was amazing. She was very responsive, informative, and patient. I appreciated her compassion and understanding towards my situation. I came into things very apprehensive and defensive after poor treatment from other lenders in the past. Jacklyne’s personalized approach really put me at ease in what was a pretty stressful situation. Many thanks to her.

You pay off the loan and your harassed into making additional payments never paying off the balance.

Do not do business with this company!!! They have attached a $42,000 default fee to my loan without my knowledge. I have not defaulted on this loan. All of my other lenders informed me that this company is horrible and aggressive.
