I wanted to buy their service but wanted to try it for free before, but I was facing some issues related to the code. I tried many times but did not receive a code in my mailing address. I wanted to talk with their chat support but they didn't reply.

If you do not want your accounts be banned because of lack of Gologin, then just do not use this service. Trash app, rude customer support who refuse the refund with hundreds of “reasons” they come up with and a chargeback claim to bank.

I have not been using the app for over 5months and it kept charging me 99$/mo, no way to cancel the subscritpion. Now I reached out to their support to cancel it for me and I need those months refunded!

We would like to clarify that our services operate on a subscription basis, which means that the service renews automatically until the subscription is canceled. Unfortunately, if a cancellation was not made, that part of the process falls outside of our control. That said, we believe our cancellation process is straightforward, and our support team is always available to assist with any questions or issues. Had we been contacted earlier, we might have been able to prevent this situation. Lastly, regarding the refund for the last month, we did not refuse it and have already processed it accordingly. I run a small marketing firm and needed something reliable for web scraping. GoLogin has been solid for this. It’s easy to set up, and I haven’t had any issues with getting blocked or flagged.

The tool is very good on the computer, but your residential proxy are very weak and most of them have a very high fraud score on the ipqualityscore site, and this caused me problems in my work before I started checking each IP separately and this is tiring, so the team must work on filtering the proxy from the IP garbage that dried up the web with a lot of spam
