I’ve been waiting 14 weeks for my GDPR request to be processed. Companies usually comply within a week, but they’re incompetent and no longer responding to my emails and closed my live chat. I wouldn’t ever purchase from them if this is how they treat privacy.

Gologin is an amazing software for multi-browser management with unique fingerprints, and IPs. Great for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts and for browser automation activities like data scraping, lead generation, etc.

Very poor, it has a lot of technical issues and hangs.

I got scammed by $5,500 today. Someone launched fake ads from my account. Since neither the Meta account or linked email address was compromised, the only way it could have happened is if someone had access to your cookies. In other words there are grounds to suggest GoLogin sold my accounts cookies. There are other people reporting the same. Stay away!

Hello Anatoly, We are deeply sorry for the frustration and losses you’ve experienced, and we take your concerns very seriously. Our team has thoroughly investigated reports of account breaches, and we can confirm there is no evidence of GoLogin services being compromised or involved in selling cookies or user data. Thanks to our robust security architecture, user data remains protected unless accessed through authorized login credentials or approved methods. Regarding your claim about cookies, it’s important to clarify that cookies alone are hardly enough to access the accounts or enable unauthorized actions. Account access typically requires valid login credentials (username and password) and, where enabled, two-factor authentication. Our investigation suggests that breaches often stem from external factors, such as: - compromised third-party Facebook account suppliers - third-party two-factor authentication providers for website accounts - reused or leaked passwords from other platforms - phishing attacks or social engineering via communities If you have any further concerns or additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to regain your trust. Best regards, Your GoLogin Team
Very good for managing many meta ads accounts at once, it's been really useful for my clients and for avoiding Facebook bans. So happy

As many have experienced, there is a major security problem. Browser profiles seem to have been compromised by the GoLogin team or someone with them, resulting for many in a loss of money, for those for example who advertise on Meta and elsewhere. Initially I was worried that I had done something wrong whereby I was finding unusual access in the profile, but I started seeing all the past reviews of GoLogin that do not look good. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems that in order to “hide” all the bad reviews, GoLogin has requested enough positive reviews (to hide the bad reviews) from some review service or through fake profiles or some other way. GoLogin could deny this but I understand it, it is in the interest of their own business. At least have the courage to admit that you had a security problem or that you were the one who logged into browser profiles and collected browser cookies instead of continuing to lie and hide the evidence.
