Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience surrounding your order. You placed your trust in us, and we fell short of the level of service you should expect from GolfDiscount.com. While our additional security measures are designed to protect our customers, we recognize that the delays, lack of proactive communication, and uncertainty around your shipping timeline were unacceptable. You deserved clearer answers and a more reliable experience from the start. We also want you to know that your feedback has not gone unnoticed. This situation brought to light opportunities to improve our internal procedures, and we have already taken steps to address them. We are committed to improving how we communicate order delays, manage fulfillment expectations, and ensure our customers receive the timely service they deserve. We understand that an apology cannot undo a disappointing experience, but we genuinely appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to do better, and we're taking it seriously. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to earn your trust in the future. The GolfDiscount.com Team 10/22/26 Update Hi Brooks, we wanted to follow up and confirm that your putter arrived on Thursday, October 15. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order and the unclear communication that followed. You deserved clearer answers and a more reliable experience from the start. To help make things right, we upgraded your shipment to 2nd Day Air at no additional cost to you. While that doesn’t erase the initial frustration, we hope it helped address the delay and demonstrated our commitment to making this right. Have you had a chance to try out your new putter? We hope you’re enjoying it, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with. Your feedback has helped us identify where we need to improve our communication and fulfillment procedures. Thank you for giving us the chance to address your concerns. We would appreciate another opportunity to provide you with the experience you should expect from GolfDiscount.com. The GolfDiscount.com Team

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when you're unable to reach us, especially after making a significant purchase. Providing reliable customer service is extremely important to us, and we apologize if you had trouble getting through by phone. We are a legitimate business with over 25 years of serving golfers, and this experience is not representative of the level of service we strive to provide. We've reviewed our phone number (800) 394-4653 to ensure it's accurate, and we're also available by email at [email protected]. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry that reaching us was so difficult.

We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand your frustration. You placed your order based on the estimated lead time we provided, and when that timeline changed, we should have communicated it more proactively. We apologize that we fell short in keeping you informed throughout the process. While custom clubs are built by the manufacturer and production timelines can occasionally change, we recognize that it's our responsibility to keep our customers updated rather than leaving you to reach out for information. Your feedback about our communication is fair, and it's something we're actively working to improve. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Although we're glad your clubs have since been delivered, we're sorry the process leading up to their arrival left you disappointed. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the level of service we're known for in the future.
