the only downside is wait times at locations, otherwise this bank isnt that bad, it provides pay early compared to major banks and cashes checks quickly, people just need to have some patience smh.

I can't understand how they have so many bad reviews. I've been a member since 2004 and haven't had one issue. They have always taken care of me if there's a mishap and gave me high limits on cards. They recently provided me a loan for an older used vehicle and the interest rate was 15 points lower than the next company. 8% on an old car isn't bad at all. I will use them forever as they take care of their people and customer service has always been amazing.

I can't believe all these terrible reviews. I have been a member since 1989 and any problem that I have ever had has been easily and thoroughly resolved. I just got off the phone with them and I was so impressed with the service that I received that I decided to find a place to leave a review and then I found all these bad reviews. ?????????????????????????????

Always helpful always innovative. All of my accounts are through them for good reason. The tellers on Average are Amazing and know their stuff. I don't have any reason to move on after 19 years of their good works. Best Bank for me and my families needs.
