SCAM

AI BOT ERROR - ATTENTION MANAGEMENTThis is an automated bot error. Sophia's response has absolutely nothing to do with my request. I did NOT lose any bets, I am NOT complaining about my gaming experience.I am waiting for my 242,000 HUF WITHDRAWAL (3 transactions pending).Since your internal system is broken and only sends automated fake replies, I have officially published this scam behavior on Trustpilot and reported this Zendesk account for fraud. Pay my money immediately.

This casino is as good as it is bad. Good bonus without any deposit but sometimes bonus systems does not work well. And this was not the first problem of this type. I had a 50 free spins. Played it an received a 25€ wager. If completed I'd receive 5€ cash, the maximum despite the earnings during the wager. Miraculously I only received 0,85€. Talked with the support and only received bot messages. If they are human, the only read parts of my answer and answer my with a knowledge base script, like they are telling me I know nothing, or I don't understand wager rules, etc.

Horrid website. Always freezing and redirecting and most of the mirrors arent working at any one time. Scammy bonuses- always a tiny max payout, when requesting payour larger than 20-30usd, they stall, for weeks. classic swindlers, they let you win a bit and then deposit and get rekt or purposely keep your withdrawal pending. bonus money only allowed to be played on games where you're not gonna win anything substantial 95% of the tinme. some of the bonuses like the "mystery wheel" is a joke. This all definitely smells of italian blatant nonchalant crookery
