Dear Victoria, There are times when we are waiting on approval which definitely slows the process. The physician almost always responds quicker to your call as their patient then they do to our call. Hopefully on refills, you find it’s a smooth and easy process. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Kelley, I’m not sure the issue. The last medication was scheduled for automatic refill on Friday 5/13 and Shipped 5/16, delivered 5/19. While we usually ship in 24 hours, but with late Friday fills, shipping occurs on Monday and is inconvenient at times. We promote allowing 5-10 days for delivery and this came in 6 days from the start point of the order. There are no issues with this specific order from our side, but hopefully for refills the weekend time doesn’t cause a delay. We would love to keep you as a customer. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Tiffany, The original prescription came to us with incorrect directions from your physician. After receiving authorization to change to the correct directions, we sent out the medication. I think now that all information is correct, you will find the process for refills exactly like you expect - processed quickly. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Colonel, You continue to get a survey question so hopefully we are just as fast every day of the year in the future. It’s true, while we cover 2 day shipping for some meds or customers pay for expedited shipping, UPS and FedEx doesn’t always get the job done in 1-2 days. It has been worse over the last 6 months but hopefully both companies get back to great reliability on their times. Thanks Ron RPh
