This review covers not only this order, but order 2014625. While I understand that some medications may become unavailable due to shortages, it should not be incumbent on the patient to have to call back to get the order shipped out once the medication is available again. If a medication is out of stock, there should be communication from GoGoMeds at the very least that the medication is back in stock Ideally, you should ship the medication when it becomes available. For both orders, GoGoMeds failed to notify us that the medicines were out of stock and it was only when we called to find out why they had not been shipped that we were told of the supply issue. Both of the medications mentioned in the orders above are important for everyday life. I have a very painful neuralgia that can be debilitating without medicine. And, the other order is for my son who has ADHD and it is very noticable when he doesn't take his medicine not to mention there are withdrawl effects. This process needs to be changed to make a better experience for the user.
