Took forever for them to ship and when I left message for them to call me back they did not

My prescription was changed causing the amount due to go from around $17 to $74. I feel that when something like this happens I should have been contacted and asked whether I wanted to proceed.

Wonderful company to deal with!! They could not make the ordering process any easier and they keep you informed of any changes or delays. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option :)
