Dear Peg, Thank you for the great review! Our online model is catching on as the way all Americans want to receive their medication - safely to their door at a great price. Thanks for using Gogomeds. Ron RPh
GOGOMEDS MAKES IT EASY TO ORDER (AND PAY FOR ) MY VITAMINS--ENLIGHT. I GET A CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. AND THEN THEY SEND AN EMAIL WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED. IT IS LESS THAN A WEEK FROM ORDER TIME TO DELIVERY. GREAT SERVICE. I CONSIDER THIS VITAMIN MY BRAIN FOOD. IT IS COMPATABLE TO BRANDS IN A PHARMACY AS FAR AS PRICE IS CONCERNED. BUT I THINK THAT IT IS MOST LIKELY BETTER THAN ANYTHING OTC. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE.

This was an easy to use process, and my prescription was handled efficiently at a far lower cost than going through any of my local pharmacies.

Good customer service, fast shipping. It would be good to have an option to "reorder last order" on the website. If there is, it's not obvious enough.

Dear Sarah, We have that feature. The customer service department will follow up with you. We have to do it a little different than a typical retailer, because we are a pharmacy and regulated by following a prescription. We call it our auto refill option so we will follow up to explain. Thanks Ron RPh
Easy to refill, enjoy the part where you remember when my prescriptions are do for a refill. If you relied on me to remember, I be running out. So I I really do like the auto refill.

My 3 star is not for gogomeds is for the meds. it don't feel any effects, I took 1 tablet it did not do or feel anything then the next 2 nights I took 2 tablets it still not work. I look at it, it has 2 different kinds 1 is circle and the other is like a diamond shape. So then I took 2 tablets of the diamond shape one it took a very long time maybe about 3 to 4 hours to kick in. gogomeds the ship it fast.

Dear Ker, I’m glad we were able to give you fast service and you received your medication quickly. What we are not able to do, is promise a medication will work exactly the way we want every time. We have great clinical pharmacists, we will review options for your physician to consider to give you the best help possible. Thanks Ron RPh
