Dear Daniel, The delays are caused for two reasons - 1). We are waiting on the prescription from the doctor or 2). In the last 90 days USPS has been slower than usual they say because of the holidays and Covid. The customer service Dept will follow up. Sorry for your delay. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear SF, A person from the customer service Dept will follow up but we are experiencing 10-30 day delays in USPS delivery in some cases. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Stephen, We saw slower delivery times in the last 60 days from USPS than at any other time in the last 6 years. They tell us it was COVID, especially during the month of December. Thanks Ron RPh
