Great company. Caring and thoughtful. Good follow up. Great prices!!

The employees for the pharmacy are friendly and helpful. They send out reminders when it is getting close to refill your prescription. Always have my medicine in stock.

Service has been excellent and the prices are the lowest I've seen. One issue is when I place an order, it defaults to a brand with a very high price. For a previous order I received a call from GoGoMeds notifying me that the product was available at a lower generic price. That was great customer service. For my recent order the same thing happened, but I immediately called and switched the brand to a much lower price, saving hundreds of dollars. It would be useful if when ordering, the customer could choose the brand and price.

Hello, I have ordered from GoGo meds for the last past year and they are pretty fast to send the prescription and they have very good customer service .

The first several times we received our meds with no problems. Worked great was a little trouble getting things switched to them but worth the effort. After several months of working well things broke!!! I'm a busy person like most people and didn't notice until i was completely out of anxiety meds. No problem things happen. So i call the doctor's office they call me in emergency meds locally and then send to the mail order. Since my emergency meds made it through no problem i assumed the mail order would too. Nope so now after 2 months my meds are finally shipping. after multiple calls to doctors, and the mail order place. Also when the problem happened it happened for every member of my family for 3 different doctors offices. When i problem happens in one place it's a glitch. When it happens on 4 different scripts from 3 different doctors on 3 different patients. The problem isn't the consumer. It's yours and you should be taking steps to fix it. So now my husband has his anxiety meds and i still haven't received mine. So the i've experienced mail order before with my mom express scripts calls when there is an issue because they know when you receive too many emails from like the 4 i get for each prescriptions no body reads them. PS writing this over 3 weeks off my anxiety meds and now 5 days off my pain meds.

Very great Service, but I do not like your new phone service, it was a lot better when you could talk to a live person, so you knew you got my refill request instead of sitting around waiting 24-36 hours for a email, and also the new bottles/labels are not made for someone like my husband with visual impairments

I love GoGoMeds! By ordering my authorized generic medication through them, I am paying TEN TIMES LESS than i paid when getting it through my insurance. I don't know why drug prices are so variable like this, but I'm not arguing! Love the fact that this is a U.S. company and not an offshore pharmacy. Service was really good, although shipping wasn't the fastest. But that didn't matter since I had not yet run out of my medication.

It was quick & easy to place order and received prescription in timely manner.
