I've only tried it for 2 days. Due to medical issues I won't be able to fully start using it til May 2022. It did seem to help my appetite a little bit, but I was expecting to feel a little fuller.

Long processing time and no one from customer service ever bothered to respond to my request for an update on a $200 order that still hadn’t shipped after seven days (though it did ship that seventh day).

The products and prices are great! The only drawback I'm seeing is that there is a fairly healthy lag between when I place my online order and when it's shipped. I'll place my order on a Monday. Then on Friday - maybe Thursday - I'll get notice that it shipped. Yay! Finally I'll actually receive my order the following Wednesday (or Tuesday if I'm lucky). That's almost a week and a half. I really need to plan ahead and order refills like 2 weeks in advance. Other than that, GoGoMeds is great.

First time ordering my Rx from a web based company. Order process "went well" Doctors office said the process was simple. GoGoMeds kept me updated with the process of my Rx. Shipping was seamless, Rx was received in the 2 days stated. Was able to use my FSA to pay for the Rx.

Not exactly happy that it took 12 days. Wouldn’t order anything I need right away

My initial order was placed pretty close to the time I was going to run out of my medication so a portion of the delay in receipt was on me. I thought that I could transfer an Rx form a pharmacy, but did not see that option. Instead GOGOMeds needed to contact my doctor, which took several days and a call from me. Once I was set up in the system (5 days later) I was out of my medication and needed to get a $125 bridge Rx filled. I got 15 days and was told I should recieve my medication from GoGo Meds in 9-10 days. On the 11th day I called GoGo again and they called back on the 12th day to let me know the medication was delayed. As I was leaving on vacation I again had to get another $125 bridge Rx. The meds were at my home when I returned from vacation At this point is has cost me well more to switch to GoGo meds than it has to just pay at my regular pharmacy. I'm always a bit skeptical of mail pharmacy and this is why. My meds are not ready when I need them. I'm hoping the situation improves going forward.
