Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service. Avoid This Site. My experience with GoGoalShop has been absolutely awful, and the way I was treated by their customer service was completely unacceptable. Not only was the service disappointing, but the disrespect I received was honestly unbelievable. When customers spend their hard-earned money on a product, the bare minimum they deserve is basic respect, professionalism, and decent communication. Apparently, that is too much to expect from GoGoalShop. What makes this experience even worse is the way customer service handled the situation. Instead of treating a paying customer with respect and trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was left feeling disrespected and completely disappointed. Customer service is supposed to help customers, not make them regret ever placing an order in the first place. Let me be clear: a business that treats its customers this way does not deserve their trust or loyalty. There are plenty of other websites selling football jerseys, and I would much rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this kind of treatment again. I would NOT recommend GoGoalShop to anyone. Not to friends, not to fellow football fans, and certainly not to anyone looking for a reliable place to buy football shirts. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself the frustration. Selling football jerseys is one thing. Knowing how to treat customers is another — and my experience with GoGoalShop has been a complete failure on that front. Never again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve ordered twice, and the products were flawless. The second time, the courier in my country lost the package, but Gogoalshop helped me out and sent the product again.

They advertise 2 to 3 days processing time, it took them three weeks to"process"my order! I ordered these shirts one month before I travel to go watch games where I thought I would be wearing these jerseys to each game, but one month later and I still have not received the order, and the worst part is I actually paid $40 for express shipping which was absolutely useless. I reached out to them by email three times and each time they tell me a phony story about how it's been shipped already but for some reason FedEx did not yet generate the tracking number. This is absolute garbage, and when I asked to cancel the order they simply ignored the request in the response. Each time I reached out to them via email I received a slightly different version of the story always ignoring the fact that they advertise 2 to 3 days processing time and now these jerseys are useless as they will arrive well after I have left for my trip. Terrible customer service and terrible communication skills, honesty is a better policy

Can't access to tracking my order. No one from customer support is answering me. But they've got my money so good for them I guess...

quality jerseys at a good price, when you need something you write a message on whatsapp and they write back quickly, ,best shop.

Scam! No real person to talk to. Wing size number on jersey won't do and refund or exchange

I have ordered from here many times but this time i got disappointed. So i ordered two jerseys, and along with a huge delay, when the order arrived only one came, i have written to gogoalshop twice and have had 0 response for a whole day. You have let me down.

No response, no tracking, massive delays. Over 2 weeks and still processing an order. I have emailed both contacts on the site but no reply. *Update* order shipped 18 days after purchase. Will not receive for est 15-20 more days! 5 week turn around.
