The friction came from too much back and forth booking this business class trip. If you are using this service make sure you get back to them quickly after they have presented options. Also make sure they know which time zone you are in as they are in the California time zone. I would have preferred selecting my own seat after the booking but the price difference between booking yourself and using this service is great. Can't argue with the price.

Edward worked hard and quickly to get me a good price. I have never used the airline so I hope everything works smoothly with a minimum of problems.

I worked with Marcus Davis of GO FLY FIRST....he worked extremely hard to get the flights and the schedule and the routing I wanted. ...as always "buyer beware"....but I was very happy with my overall experience and results.

This company had me in knots when I wanted to change a flight, but after a few days and some worry, they called back and changed the flights for me quickly (at a cost). So I would say they are reliable and friendly but there were some hiccups along the way. I would use them again.
