I've been working with Fly Dragon for AEO and it's been the best marketing ROI I've had in my real estate business. In just the first 5 months, I've gotten 12 new listings that came directly from AI search results. Their work has made me the #1 agent for AI search in my market, and the results speak for themselves. If you're a real estate agent wondering whether AI search optimization actually matters, my answer is yes. Fly Dragon's team knows what they're doing, and they simply get results. Highly recommend.

Very amazing service, helping me rank at the top of Ai search! Highly recommend as a real estate agent looking to produce results from search.

We began working with Tim and the Fly Dragon team six months ago, initially focusing our SEO strategy on three North Texas communities. We understood that building a strong online presence would take time, and we are now beginning to see meaningful results. We have received six seller leads, four in August and two so far in September. One of those homes is already listed and on the market, and we are continuing to work with several of the other homeowners. The growth in our online visibility and the quality of the opportunities have given us the confidence to expand our program from three communities to six beginning next month. Tim and his team have been responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to our long-term success. We appreciate the strategy and support they have provided, and we are excited to build on the momentum we are now seeing. Gary Bale Bale Real Estate Group

I’ve built my business almost entirely through word-of-mouth and my sphere of influence, so investing money into marketing was a big leap for me. I had never really spent money on lead generation or marketing before, so I was definitely a little hesitant going into it. I’m so glad I took the chance. Within my first three months of working with Goflydragon, I closed my first deal, which made the investment feel completely worth it. The team has been great to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me grow my business.

After four months of using FlyDragon's services, I have mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciate the effort they've put in, I haven't seen the level of improvement I expected in my online visibility, AI search presence, or Google rankings. Much of the progress I've made has come from work I've done myself. Communication has also been limited, and I would have appreciated more proactive updates showing what was completed each month and how those efforts were impacting my business. The most noticeable accomplishment appeared to be an article describing me as a top Realtor that was published on a third-party platform. However, after researching how AI evaluates these types of articles, I learned they generally don't carry significant authority because they can often be submitted by anyone. I was hoping to see more emphasis on technical SEO, local citations, Google Business Profile optimization, authoritative backlinks, and measurable improvements in search performance. I also found myself updating many of my business listings and online profiles to ensure my information was consistent across platforms. I genuinely hope the results improve over time, and if they do, I'll gladly update this review. My advice to anyone considering the service is to ask for regular progress reports, measurable results, and a clear explanation of the work being performed so you can evaluate the value you're receiving. Proceed with caution!

I closed $2,500,000 in production this week from business generated using this service. I cannot say enough good things about FlyDragon and the incredible results they have helped us achieve at Jay Marks Real Estate. We have listed and sold several properties directly as a result of their marketing program (listed a $600k home today), and the exposure they create is truly next level. Their approach to AI visibility and marketing is unlike anything else I have seen in the real estate industry. Tim Harvey and John Mackin are true experts in their field. Their knowledge of marketing, video production, branding, SEO, and Artificial Intelligence is far ahead of most companies in the real estate space. If you are serious about growing your brand, increasing exposure, and standing out in AI search, I highly recommend them. — Jay Marks

As a Realtor in a competitive, oversaturated market, standing out is everything. I hired Tim at FlyDragon to help with our AI search rankings and within a couple of weeks I was already seeing more visibility and higher rankings. Since then we've gotten multiple calls from high-quality clients who found us through AI searches. I tried managing our AI visibility myself but let's be real, I'm a busy agent and I can't do everything. Hiring the pros was absolutely worth it. This is some of the best marketing money I've put into our business in a long time. If you're in real estate and want to actually be found, call FlyDragon. You won't regret it.

In the few short months I've been working with FlyDragon, I've been absolutely thrilled at the results and our progress. They are timely, knowledgeable, do what they say they are going to do, and have greatly improved my GEO. I'm rated across multiple LLMs as the top-ranking agent and just secured a multi-million dollar buyer as a result! I highly recommend FlyDragon to any agent looking to improve and systematize their Ai visibility.
