GoflowReviews of goflow.com

I really like GoFlow and genuinely enjoy using the platform, but I have to be honest about the customer support experience. It’s been frustrating. I don’t understand why or how it’s so difficult to get timely help. There doesn’t seem to be any way to reach someone by phone, which makes things even harder when you just need a quick answer. On top of that, responses to even basic questions can take hours, sometimes longer. For a product that works well otherwise, this part of the experience is really disappointing. I’d be more than happy to update this review if they introduce a direct customer support number or improve response times.

Wonderful interface and customer service !

GoFlow is a must-have platform for eCommerce sellers. Their inventory management system is the best on the market—simple, intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly. Plus, their customer service is outstanding!

We started using Goflow in 2024, and we're glad we made the switch. Goflow has made managing e-commerce platforms significantly easier.

Goflow is not only a leading e-commerce operations platform built to help our brand streamline their backend processes, scale seamlessly, it also unlocks sustainable growth, it has centralized our entire operational workflow, inventory management, order routing, fulfillment, shipping, and marketplace integrations, into one intelligent, easy-to-use system. It has native integrations across many leading marketplaces like Amazon, Target Plus, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Groupon and more, Goflow keeps our data in sync in real-time so our team is able to work faster, smarter, and with fewer to no errors.

Easy to use & updated inventory. Fast respond when you have problem.

We have used GoFlow to integrate their API in a custom built tool for our client using which he can pull the prices and inventory of the thousands of products in one single dashboard and can run various calculations like profit margin calculations which is not possible to be done manually. GoFlow has exposed their APIs for this and we are using them actively to give the client a seemless product.

We chose Goflow to connect to Target. Goflow's portal is easy to use, and updates are published to Target quickly, which is very important to us, especially when it pertains to updating inventory and adding new products. We are currently looking at options to automate our inventory feed directly to Goflow; this is our only setback at this time.
