One of the wrost Experience facing with this Go digi insurance. Claim applied but still now after 6 days also no one has come to inspect the vechicle in the showroom and wrost customer support.Never go back again.Relaince is the best insurance for quick soloution. 8494920997

Title: Horrible service – No policy endorsement even after 14 days of follow-up! I had one of the worst experiences with GoDigit Insurance. I have been following up for more than 14 days just to get a simple name endorsement done on my car insurance policy. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, their team has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I even raised multiple tickets and sent follow-up emails, but every time they either ignore the request or give vague responses without resolving the issue. For an insurance company, this level of carelessness and lack of accountability is totally unacceptable. To make it worse, I am an existing GoDigit customer with multiple active policies, yet they treat loyal customers with zero priority. Their support process is broken, their communication is poor, and their turnaround time is disgraceful. If you value your time and peace of mind, please avoid GoDigit Insurance. Don't buy from godigit, there are much better options. I sent a video inspection for my car which never had any accident till date and the chassis number is also original but still they are not willing to give me comprehensive plan because they feel it is repunched. Told them to come and verify but still same reply. Unfortunately cancellation is another headache.

Nothing but a scam - never buy from Digit

Digit insurance is 'the best' company till a claim/accident. They are so sweet and good. Even after a accident, till the vehicle reaches a workshop... great people! Then the game starts...the Surveyor will delay the survey report so endless that you may at some point of time will tell the workshop to start the work... Finished! That's it.. At the end after all the talks...u may get some peanuts compensation

So unfortunately I bought a car insurance (pay as you drive policy ) from go digit. Policy number D197613568/14042025. My insurance starts date is from May 3rd. I bought the policy on 14th April , I update the odometer reading the same day. Before purchasing the plan, I speciality asked the agent I spoke to whether I can update the odometer on May 1st (just before the start date) because I had to travel some places inbetween, I told him purchasing the plan on May 1st would be better because of the odometer issue. He wanted me to buy the insurance the same day and assured me I can update the odometer reading before start of insurance date. So I travelled 600km more and called them to update the reading on May 1st. To my surprise the executive ( his name was Govind) that you can't update the odometer reading and that he can't do anything about the previous agent telling lies. He even told me he can't even raise a complaint. He told me he can share a feedback . Whats a feedback going to do with the lost money. I have now 600 km less on pay as you drive insurance. 1900km left. Big mistake getting an insurance from them.
