Hello, Lee Murphy is one of our best representatives and we are overjoyed that you had a good experience. We will be sure to commend her for her great work. Thank you so much for your input!
Poor communication. Everytime you needed a signature it took at least 24 hours to get the email out. The agent that called to verify me said we would fund the next day and it didn't happen for another 10 days. Almost lost the deal with the seller due to added conditions and the lack of urgency on your part. Would be very surprised if my leasing company uses you again.

There was a big lack of communication between us and them. No one told us of an auto deduct from my checking for first and last months payment. We waited 2 weeks with little info coming our way.
