Customer service is very important and Blu Tech always makes sure its customers are cared for. I’ve been a customer for two years and whether I’m inquiring about a product or asking a technical question Blu Tech responds quickly and throughly answering my questions.

Kake is an outstanding customer service representative and is quite knowledgeable about the use of the blue tech filtration system, and in particular, the water pipe and fresh water tank sanitize process. He is very patient and professional and provides legendary Customer Service, in a day and age, where it’s very hard to find this type of Customer Service. Thank you Blu Tech and Kale.
