The excellent customer sevice I recieved as a Canadian, had an issue in the past, the gentleman I spoke to was very professional and efficient, he did not let me down once, and came through for me in the end, I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends in the RV world!

I want to start with the product itself, the engineering and design followed by the impeccable quality is far more superior to any other products in the market. The support incredible as well, I was trying convert my hose and plumbing on my hose reel and they worked through countless emails and pictures from me until I was able to accomplish my goal. So superior product and superior customer service is worth more than the 5 star limit.

When we received our package it was pretty beat up. There was a part missing so I took a picture of the box and contacted Blu Tech. They sent the missing part at no charge the same day. Their customer service is second to none. Outstanding company.

Have the water softener and water filter system combo kit and needed a few accessories for backup. The support provided the information needed for my system. Thanks you.
