The personal touch

It works well. Easy setup, breakdown and store.

It's easy to find the exact products I want and order and recieve them quickly from a company that truly appreciates my business.

We had a great purchasing experience, we just won’t be using the unit until next spring

I received a water pressure regulator that did not work. I was lax in reporting it and missed the deadline for returning items. When I did report it, the customer service rep still sent out a new one right away and included a paid return shipping label for the defective one.

So easy to set up. No leaks. Appears to be high quality. Quick customer service reply when I had the wrong address.

Very good products and fast shipping. Especially like the new smart cap softener.

Very pleased with the build quality. Also very pleased with the water after being filtered. Even in the shower you can easily notice the difference
