Na de aanbeveling door een vriendin heb ik het brilletje gekocht eind november (naar aanleiding van een winterdipje). Ik draag het elke morgen (en middag als nodig) als een deel van mijn ochtendroutine. Het werkt echt , ik voel me opgewekter, wakkerder, en heb opnieuw de drive om de dag te beginnen. Ook s middags of voor een avondactiviteit draag ik het steevast. Een echte aanrader. (mooi meegenomen dat je het kan dragen terwijl je iets aan het doen bent, je hoeft er geen extra tijd voor vrij te maken)

Very happy with the customer support. I had some older Ayolite glasses and was missing the app connection. Ayo offered me great support. Highly recommended from my side.

I live @61 degrees N. They work great. I love the biohacker mode. Worth getting the lifetime subscription app, imo. Super portable! Three things I would change: 1. Make the case a charging port (so it functions like an AirPod charging case), 2. Shorten the arms (or something) because my side/french braids can obstruct the natural placement and angle of the device, 3. Make the slide out (blue part) on the case more sturdy (I would not be surprised if I accidentally crushed it in my hands one day).

As a sleep therapist I’ve used AYO glasses with clients with delayed sleep phase syndrome and seasonal depression. I’m amazed at the results and now wear them every morning myself. I have observed an improved mood, more energy, and better sleep at night.

Glasses work great, I've been using it for a short time now so i can't say about benefits yet. Works well, without the app. I never installed it because, I don't think it's necessary. Recommended. ✨
