Ordered 2 hip bags. Never arrived, when I inquired they emailed that they were behind on orders. Still never arrived. Then they quit responding altogether. It’s smells like a scam

Just as many others, ordered in may of 2024 for my large pup. Had email contact for about 4 months, talking about warehouse fires and shipping orders as they became available. Last update I had was in October saying they got new owners and were restructuring. Received one email beyond that, no product, and no refund, RUN from this scam

Company is a scam. As others have reported, they give an excuse about a warehouse fire and never fulfill their orders. Nor will they respond to refund inquiries. If you have been scammed, please file an online complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. They need multiple reports to build a case.

SCAM!!!!!! Never received my expensive order! Gave me some line about a warehouse fire. Reported them any & everywhere! I now see shop pay along w many other payment places are no longer on there. Please don’t waste your hard earned money cause they are scammers.

Ordered 2 large dire beast collars on May 30th 2024 after I had called them and asked them if they were in stock. They said 10 days out. Still haven't received them, emailed them said they should be there in about a week.I Didn't receive them,and it is now March 7 2025.The phone number doesn't work and they won't respond to any of my emails. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

100% scam don’t order from them. Ordered a dog collar in August of 2024 it is now March of 2025 and still no collar. Tried calling and it hangs up on you. Sent 10-15 emails and only got one response saying they are going through a reconstruction phase and my ordered will be sent right away. That was in October of 2024.

Something is wrong here. No responses to emails for months, the phone number listed for them on their site says "Protabites" and "number unreachable". No ringing, it just hangs up on you. They did send us product we ordered, but pretty concerned that this is now happening, as we need an exchange/return.
