Congratulations on your second payout! We’re happy to hear it was processed within 24 hours. Thank you for your continued trust in GFT, and here’s to many more payouts ahead!
I bought 6 challenge accounts with gtf at different time as a beginner trader and all got closed rightly so due to drawdown violation. When I was happy with my progress I brought a $10k instant challenge and this was where the wheels fell off. As the minimum trading days progressed towards payout, they kept decreasing. When I'd reached the minimum trading day around, it wouldn't be reflected on my dashboard. Help chat told me wait it out as delayed effects sometimes happened but it never got rectified. When I continued trading nonetheless and reached mor minimum trade days than can be disputed and was pending payment, they froze my account during open trades in order to induce a drawdown violation. When I flagged the account as frozen it got resolved before drawdown violation but was closed nonetheless. An email was sent to inform me of the closure and the reason was said to be explained by another email which never came till today. My emails for explanation were ignored instead I received emails solicitating me to reset and or buy more challenges. I waisted time Executing trades on this platform and money I could have used to buy elsewhere. My advice to anyone is don't be fooled by their cheaper accounts and neon lights, They are fraudsters with game.

Hi Priyanka, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that payout reviews and verification interviews are part of our procedures to ensure compliance with our trading policies and maintain a fair and secure trading environment. Depending on the circumstances, additional verification may be required, even if a trader has previously completed an interview. We have already requested additional information through Trustpilot and will review your case with the relevant team to clarify the status of your payout and any outstanding verification requirements. We will provide you with an update once further information is available.

Hi Raja, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We would like to clarify that payout requests and account activity are subject to review by our Risk Team to ensure compliance with our trading rules, including those related to coordinated and copy trading. These assessments are based on trading data and identified patterns, rather than a trader's profitability or the amount of a requested payout. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the account closure, the evidence you have submitted, and your previous communications with our team. We have already requested additional information through Trustpilot and will bring your case to the relevant team for further clarification, including a review of the concerns you've raised about the decision and communication process. We remain committed to applying our policies fairly and consistently and will follow up once further information is available.

Really happy with my experience with GFT, i’ve received 2 payouts with them so far. First one i had to go through a compliance check but the team handled it professionally , my second one got processed and approved smoothly in 24 hours less than the 2 business days they mention it can take up to. Very good experience with GFT. Thank you.
