Wow this site is absolutely terrible. If you want to just throw your money away to dead spins this is the site for you. They say they have the highest RTP’S but that’s completely crap. 20 bets and go through $44 in dead spins is an absolute joke. I will never put another dollar into this site ever.

The platform runs great. The relaunch has been very smooth. I have had no trouble redeeming. Seems if redemption is done before 10pm eastern time or after 8am I have received my cash within an hour or two. The coin back % is awesome along with all the other daily battles and missions. Many ways to win back some of your losses.

Horrible Casino......If you buy a sweeps package with any extra bonus money in the package then play and redeem they will cancel your redeem and take away your winnings then return it to your balance. If they dont like the way you gamble your money they WILL take away your winnings. I would not play here....BEWARE

No issues at all, maybe the platform was a bit laggy but that could have been my device having issues. First redemption went right thru in less than a hour. Im happy

My new favorite platform by far! I know there are mixed reviews and opinions out there, but I can only speak from my own experience — and mine with GoatBet has been excellent. Everything has been smooth from the start. Purchases have been easy, the game selection is great, and the tournaments and VIP levels add a lot of extra excitement. I’ve already completed two redemptions just a few days apart — one for $701 and another for $900 — and both were sent through push-to-card and arrived within hours. I also placed third in a tournament and received my 60 free SC reward, which was a great bonus and showed me they actually follow through on their promotions. They’ve definitely earned a loyal player in me. I guess the name really does say it all — GoatBet has truly been the GOAT of platforms in my experience!

Got my reward without any issue. First, I was wondering that it was not instant, It took a little time, but everything went through and support answered when I contacted them. Overall, the experience was good!

So far in less than two weeks they have robbed me of weekly bonus money, monthly bonus points, and directly stole $107 from a redemption. Do not deposit $1 into this scam platform. "A game function was used" translation, I played. After my money was stolen I emailed a screenshot showing playthrough requirements were met. This is a perfect example of the lies and scammery people can expect from this site.

We’re sorry for the frustration. After reviewing the account, we found that multiple promotional coin packages were purchased and a game function was used to move promotional Sweeps Coins (SC) directly into the redeemable balance without the required gameplay. This activity violates our promotional rules and Terms of Service. As a result, only the bonus SC obtained through this activity was voided. The original SC included with the customer’s purchases remains in the account and was not removed. We’re happy to provide a detailed account review through our support team if further clarification is needed.
Went to redeem for the first time and it was rejected and sc was removed from account because support stated I violated TOS with my gameplay. They did not state what violations I made. I will be charging back all purchases as they have taking my money without reason.

We understand how concerning a rejected first redemption can be. Our review identified that multiple special promotional packages were purchased and a game feature was used to transfer bonus SC into the redeemable balance without the required gameplay. This activity is not permitted under our promotional rules and Terms of Service. For this reason, the redemption was declined and only the ineligible bonus SC was removed. The original SC received from the player’s purchases remains in the account. If the customer has any additional questions or concerns, they may contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
