Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad you had a great experience with Go AL1S. It was a pleasure testing with you, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.
AL1S made the test environment so pleasant that I could actually concentrate on the test and not worry about other issues. This is important to me as a person with disabilities. The staff is great and I would recommend AL1S without hesitation.

Thank you, Jason, for the five stars and for choosing Go AL1S! We appreciate your support. Congratulations again! Go AL1S VE Team!
I never got a clear set of instructions so that I could configure my VE account so I could log in to a test session without having to reconfigure. I was told that instructions were being revised, but after more than a month passed without them I decided to withdraw my involvement. My suggestion to resolve this problem would be to have someone write an application that facilitates test session login rather than trying to use a variety of social media applications that were never intended to work with each other. The second area I had trouble with was the spontaneity of test sessions. I think online test sessions Is a good option to the standard in person sessions, but they need to be scheduled and the schedule posted so the VE's can better plan their availability.

Hello Doug I'm not quite sure what you mean by your VE account. Nobody has one, and as the owner, I don't even have one because they don't exist. Three different members of the leadership team and I offered to help you understand the process. Despite that, you refused our help, even though we offered it at a time of your convenience. I also do not know what you mean by a variety of social media applications, as we use Zoom for our meetings, along with the ExamTools software, which is now required by ARRL and the FCC. I'm sorry to say that many of the issues you had were because you were using a laptop that needed to be replaced to do any type of online meeting. Additionally You had a very nice Headset a high quality Noise removal But in order for it to work properly You need to wear it and not try to hold it to your mouth not down at yoour stomach8 in away As a new volunteer examiner, your only requirement was to observe and ask questions. When you asked to join our group, it was made clear that some people are scheduled ahead of time, while most tests are scheduled the same day with less than 90 minutes' notice. It was also made very clear to you that we have a Family First policy: if, for any reason, you're unable to make it, just ignore the alert. Try to make the next one if it's convenient. If not, ignore that one too. Until a time works for your schedule. We have no minimum that you have to do in a week, a month, or a year. After all, you are a volunteer I wish you the best. If you look to becoming a VE again, I would still gladly help you. Jeff AL1S GoAL1S VE Team

The test mentors did great. Set up was a breeze despite my inability to negotiate high tech stuff. Instructions were clear concise and easy to follow. I am definitely going to use them as I progress forward. Thank you all.
