Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we strongly disagree with the claim that GO AI is a pyramid scheme or that the only value comes from sign-ups. GO AI provides real products and education, including indicators, AI tools, live trading education, strategy sessions, coaching, and educational trade ideas with entries, stop losses, take profits, and ongoing result reviews. We also have a strong customer-to-affiliate ratio, with more people using the product than people trying to build a sales organization. Members are not simply being told to “sign people up.” They are given tools, training, and support to learn how to approach the markets more responsibly. We also want to be clear that GO AI does not take customer investment funds, manage brokerage accounts, or promise guaranteed trading results. Trading involves risk, and every member remains responsible for their own decisions. If your concern is connected to a specific coach, statement, or support experience, we invite you to contact us directly so we can review it properly. We take concerns seriously, but we also believe serious accusations should be based on accurate information.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously, but we strongly disagree with the statements made in this review. GO AI is not a scam, not a Ponzi scheme, and not an investment company. We do not accept investment deposits, pool customer funds, or pay members using money from other customers. Members keep control of their own funds and accounts. GO AI provides education, software tools, AI-driven resources, coaching, community support, and training designed to help people learn and develop skills. We also want to clarify that GO AI’s tools are not simply “ChatGPT.” The company has invested over $100,000 into AI development, platform infrastructure, tools, education, and ongoing improvements, and continues to invest every month to enhance the member experience. Building useful technology, structured education, multilingual support, and a live community requires real development, real infrastructure, and real operational support. GO AI may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. However, serious accusations such as “scam,” “Ponzi,” or “pyramid scheme” should be based on facts, not assumptions or personal attacks. We requested additional information through Trustpilot so we could verify your customer experience and better understand the issue, but no information has been provided at this time. If you have a genuine support concern, account issue, or billing question, we encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can review it properly. Trading and investing involve risk, and no company should ever promise guaranteed results. Our focus is education, tools, support, and helping members build knowledge, discipline, and long-term skills.
