I want to share my recent experience with Semrush to warn other SEO professionals. I signed up for a free trial of Semrush One Starter on Sept 29. On Oct 6, I was automatically charged $199. I received no prior reminder email, and I did not use any paid features. I contacted support immediately. Their support acknowledged that it was a monthly subscription and cancelled it, but they refused to refund the $199, stating "per policy". I now have a useless subscription until 2026 (their own email typo), and I'm out $199 for a service I never intended to buy. I have initiated a chargeback with my bank, but I want to warn others. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any way to escalate this within Semrush to get a refund?

Not worth the hype. Appalling service! I couldn't get support and they seemed disinterested in helping but happy to take my money. Instead sent me generic responses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Started working for Semrush on the internet to boost products where you deposit some funds and after doing 3 sets of 45 clicks you get paid? They started asking for more because of product merge after depositing 10K on my last click#45 of the last set now they want another $8600.00 They NEVER explained you have to deposit so much money if you don't deposit you will no be able to get your funds back. IS THIS A SCAM.

Positivies in the tool: 1) Deep Listing Audit Insights (Better than any other tool available in the Market) 2) The traffic insights feature which isn't available in the market 3) Phone-Friendliness 4) Product Research Tool (Satisfactory) 5) Keywords Wizard (a lot of deep insights into the keywords like no other tool) 6) PPC optimizer (Pretty Good)

I'm starting to like Sellzone because I spend most of my time on my phone and it's the only Amazon tool that works perfectly on my phone. It significantly increases my productivity. Product research tools assist me greatly in identifying profitable items and estimating profits that are quite near to the actual profit. And my favourite tool is Keywords Wizard, which only shows me the greatest and most searched keywords, which is one of the aspects of Sellzone that I really enjoy. The traffic insight subtool is also quite useful, as it provides detailed information.

I like the traffic insights feature. This tool is like nothing else on the market and will help your Amazon business a lot!

Sellzone offers so much value to its users. Especially the introduction of new functionalities. My favorite new tool of Sellzone is the product research tool. It really helps with zeroing in on the right product to sell on Amazon.

As a digital marketeer, I really liked the powerful capabilities of the tool - ranging from how it tracks product keywords, identifies and tells us the most profitable traffic-driving channels to looking at competitor analysis. A must-have tool for analytics
