Derek's Blueprint course was able to get me started with my airbnb business here in Asia. Comprehensive and easy to understand. His strategies are focused in the US market but I was able to implement his strategies on how to do market research, negotiate with landlords and his airbnb business automation using software and VA's.

Derek and his team of mentors are incredible(Jean and Norm to name a few). I've spent money on other program and didn't see results until now. So glad we found this team! They are top tier and practical in their advice, training and motivation aspects of this business.

Derek and his Accelerator program are each among the best resources out there in this industry. His communication is professional and he obviously cares for each of his students despite his busy schedule. Jean and Norm are excellent coaches that go above and beyond with answering questions and making how-to videos for those that need it. Derek was crucial in acquiring my first 8 bedrooms after not knowing the first thing about business. This program is incomparable.

I've had an incredible experience working with Derek. He played a crucial role in securing my initial business unit, and I'm now achieving profit margins exceeding 90%. Additionally, I regularly engage in insightful conversations with Derek; he is genuinely wise and authentic. He serves as an excellent mentor and leader. Wishing everyone success in 2024! Airbnb, let's soar to new heights!

I’m currently in the mentorship, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the mentors. Derek is a wonderful mentor and not a gatekeeper, ensuring students have access to all the resources they need. Norm and Jean ALWAYS go above and beyond for their mentees. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You can tell they genuinely care about their mentees’ success in the mentorship. Their high energy is contagious. I always feel so inspired after the coaching calls. 🙌🏼 Pretty sure they spend more time helping mentees than on their own business

I'd give it 5 stars. My short-term rental business is now scaling all because of his course. I've learned a lot from Derek's Freedom Accelerator course and have been getting great value every week by joining the weekly coaching. Thank you so much!!

This person is a fraudster. The majority of their testimonials are fake and created either by bots or friends. My team and I can confirm this as we were hired to write most of them. They deceived us out of $21k by engaging us to carry out customer service, write reviews, and increase followers on TikTok and Instagram. We were also responsible for managing their social media accounts. It's worth mentioning that they even asked us to obtain a verified check on Instagram. This individual has been caught in fraudulent activities on multiple occasions. Anyone who has spoken out against them on Instagram or TikTok has had their comments removed. I can attest to this as my team was responsible for operating their TikTok account and removing any negative comments.
