Highly recommend working with balanced imperfection team if you are looking for a more sustainable, customized, workout, and health journey. Coach Helen was wonderful with working with me to figure out how to come up with a sustainable plan to get me to start working out again and to eat a more balanced meal! No more mindless and binge eating, which was a huge game changer!

I cannot speak highly enough of Brooke and her team. The guidance, support, encouragement, and education they provided was truly priceless! All the support was so personalized, and Brooke was so easy to talk with and was a wealth of knowledge. Any challenges I experienced were met with zero judgment, and it truly felt like we were a team working together for my whole body health. I also loved that she provided a well thought out and developed plan from the start, so I knew what to expect every step along the way.

Amazing coaching platform, they customize everything to you as an individual, and not just cookie cutter to the masses. Very personable and kind.
